How far in advance should I contact you for trip planning?

For optimal planning and availability, we recommend contacting us 3-6 months before your desired travel date. However, we also specialize in creating exceptional last-minute journeys when needed. Peak season destinations may require more advance planning, while off-season travel can often be arranged with shorter notice.

Do I need to have a specific destination in mind when I contact you?

Not at all! While some clients come to us with specific destinations in mind, many simply have a general idea of the type of experience they're seeking. Our experts can help suggest destinations based on your interests, preferences, budget, and available time. In fact, some of our most successful trips have begun with clients saying "I don't know where to go, but I love food and history" or "We want adventure but also relaxation."

What information should I include in my initial inquiry?

To help us begin crafting your perfect journey, it's helpful to include:

  • Duration of your trip

What happens after I submit my inquiry?

Once you submit your inquiry, you'll receive an automated confirmation that we've received it. Within 24 business hours, one of our travel specialists will contact you to schedule an initial consultation (by phone, video call, or in person if you're local). This consultation allows us to better understand your travel dreams and preferences. After this conversation, we'll create a custom trip proposal for your review, including suggested itineraries, accommodations, experiences, and pricing.
