2.1 Booking Process

When you make a Booking through our Service, you are entering into a contract with us and, where applicable, with the relevant Service Providers. We act as an intermediary between you and the Service Providers, except where we explicitly state that we are the principal provider of the Travel Services.

A Booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any Booking at our discretion.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to factors beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, changes in taxes or levies imposed by governments, or changes in transportation costs. We will notify you of any price changes as soon as reasonably possible. If the price increase exceeds 10% of the total Booking price, you have the right to cancel the Booking and receive a full refund.

3. Travel Documentation

3.1 Travel Documents

We will issue Travel Documents upon receipt of full payment. It is your responsibility to review all Travel Documents for accuracy and to contact us immediately if you identify any errors or discrepancies.

3.2 Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with all passport, visa, health, and other entry requirements for the destinations you are visiting. This includes:

We provide general information about these requirements as a courtesy, but you should verify this information with the relevant authorities. We are not liable for any issues arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

4. Changes and Cancellations

4.1 Changes by You

If you wish to change your Booking, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any additional costs. Change requests must be submitted in writing and may incur an administration fee of £100 per person, in addition to any fees imposed by Service Providers.

4.2 Cancellations by You

If you cancel your Booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The date of receipt of your written notice determines the applicable cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to make changes to your Booking if circumstances require. If we make a significant change to your Booking (such as a change of destination or a change to a lower standard of accommodation), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the following options:

If we cancel your Booking for reasons other than non-payment or your breach of these Terms, we will offer you the option of an alternative Travel Service of equivalent or higher quality if available, or a full refund.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal liability. Travel insurance is not included in the price of your Booking unless explicitly stated.

6. Service Providers and Travel Services

6.1 Third-Party Service Providers

The Travel Services provided in connection with your Booking are supplied by independent Service Providers. These Service Providers have their own terms and conditions, which apply to your Booking in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or policies of these Service Providers.

6.2 Accommodation

Accommodation ratings are based on local standards, which may differ from international standards. Room types, facilities, and amenities may vary even within the same accommodation category.

6.3 Transportation

Transportation providers have their own conditions of carriage, which apply to your travel. We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or other issues related to transportation services.

6.4 Activities and Excursions

Activities and excursions may involve risks. You participate in these activities at your own risk. You should ensure that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities included in your Booking.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your Booking is limited to the amount paid by you for the Booking. We are not liable for:

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, epidemics, or governmental actions.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the safety and security of our clients, we cannot guarantee your safety during your travels. You should take appropriate precautions, stay informed about the destinations you are visiting, and follow any safety advice or instructions provided by us, Service Providers, or local authorities.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Complaints During Travel

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your Travel Services while traveling, you should inform the relevant Service Provider and us immediately to give us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Failure to report a problem during your travel may affect your rights under these Terms.

8.2 Complaints After Travel

If you wish to make a complaint after your travel has concluded, you must submit your complaint in writing within 28 days of the conclusion of your Travel Services. We will investigate your complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your Booking will be resolved in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations before pursuing legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our marketing materials, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our express written permission.

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service and making a Booking, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent to a subsidiary or affiliate, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
